It's been a while again since my last journal. Lot's of things happened and... sigh.. well just never mind. I don't feel like keeping up a journal that's too public so anyone can read :/ So... moving on...
I've gotten a new freelance project. This is a very important task, if I do this right I can get a lot of more projects. I've been postponing it for a while now since I haven't been feeling that good lately. I need to think of my future so I really need to concentrate on this. I hope maybe you guys can help me!
Ok so I need to create an online magazine. I need to think of a name (which I'm really not good at) and then I need to create a cover. It's a medical magazine about health and stuff. I'm thinking about going for blue colors (obviously) and because of recent events I hardly have a creative mind at the moment.
Any ideas?

You may not have a cover photo yet... and using one off the internet is a bad idea. You could get into copyright issues then.
If its for medical professionals, then you might want to have a friend or family member dress-up as a doctor and have a photo of them with a "patient".
If its about medication specifically, you may want to use something simple like objects around the house that you can carve into "pill" shapes so you don't use a real drug.
If its for patients, the first option would work, but you might want to make it a picture of someone keeping "fit" instead.
It helps if you know what the main article will be... or if you actually have a photo already.
After that, it's really just a matter of filling in the other material. Title could be White text on a blue stripe coming from the left at the top of the page... maybe an empty margin of an inch (2 - 3 cm) or so at the top and on the right side. And then information about the articles encircling the people/whatever in the photo. With the lead article highlighted by bold text and maybe a different color such as yellow or brighter blue.
I don't know if any of that will help, but that's just some ideas.

It should become something like this:

which is also a project I worked on (getting the script to work, converting the pages and import them).
